Maintenance worker (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Maintenance worker (m/f/d) to join our team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, love helping guests make the most of their stay, and are passionate about providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a part-time position with a permanent contract, following a 3-month trial period.

Your Responsibilities

Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs at Finca Marisa in Tinajo and our Holiday Apartments in La Santa, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general upkeep.
Inspecting and ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working condition at Finca Marisa in Tinajo and our Holiday Apartments in La Santa.
Responding promptly to repair requests from guests and staff at Finca Marisa in Tinajo and our Holiday Apartments in La Santa.
Assisting with renovation or improvement projects at Finca Marisa in Tinajo and our Holiday Apartments in La Santa.
Keeping tools, materials, and workspaces organised and well-maintained at Finca Marisa in Tinajo and our Holiday Apartments in La Santa.

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in general maintenance, repairs, or a related field.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
Basic Spanish or English is a plus.

Personal Attributes

Reliable and proactive in solving issues.
Organised and efficient with time management.
Hands-on and practical mindset.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in hotel or holiday rental maintenance.
Experience with property management and facility upkeep.
