Versatile Hotel Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a versatile person with organizational skills, capable of taking on all roles in the hotel, eager to learn and grow, and passionate about the hospitality industry.

The candidate should not be afraid of technical problems that need to be solved.

It is important to be communicative with guests, bring a good atmosphere to the hotel, and work well with the team.

  • This is a full-time position with a permanent contract after a 3-month probation period.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing front-desk duties, including welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and handling communication.
  • Assisting guests with bookings and organising excursions, as well as providing local tips and recommendations.
  • Solve technical or logistical problems that arise during guests’ stays
  • Ensure all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensuring smooth coordination with other team members to enhance the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

Skills and Qualifications

  • Languages:
    • Spanish (essential)
    • English (essential)
    • German (or Czech)
    • French (advantage)
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, booking systems (e.g., Icnea), and basic office tools.
  • A valid driving license (for occasional work-related travel).

  • Team player: Enjoys collaboration and contributing positively to the workplace.
  • Customer-focused: Friendly, professional communication with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Reliable and organised: Ability to manage tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Proactive: Willing to go the extra mile to help guests and enhance their experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role, customer service, or the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and coordinating activities.
  • Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions.
